Returns Policy
At cyclepath.ca, our goal is to ensure that
you're completely satisfied with your online purchase. When you receive
your order, please examine it closely immediately upon opening it.
Returns or refunds or order cancellations may be acceptable up to 2 weeks after the purchase is made, however a restocking/cancellation fee may be applicable (up to 20% of your order total). If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return or
exchange your product at the Oakville Cyclepath store site at 507
Speers Road; Oakville, ON, L6K 2G4. For your convenience, we also
accept returns by mail, please call Customer Service at 905-338-0783 or
email support@cyclepath.ca and ask for a Return Authorization (RA)
number. Please note that the shipping charges for mailing back returned
items are the customer's responsibility. IMPORTANT: packages returned
without an RA number will be refused. Your RA number is valid for 14
days. Simply return the product in the same condition as purchased --
with all manuals, accessories, and the original cyclepath.ca on-line
sales receipt. The shipping and handling (S&H) charges are
non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if
the return is a result of our error. All products (both defective and
non-defective) must be returned in original purchase condition, with
the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any
other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. IMPORTANT:
returned orders with items missing will either be refused or the
missing item amount deducted from the credit. Refunds on purchases made
with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. The credit
will be made within six weeks of receipt and verification of the
merchandise. Purchasing by Minors Our policy is to not sell to minors.
If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from
our on-line store, you must have a parent or legal guardian make the
purchase for you. Misprints At cyclepath.ca, we strive to provide you
with the most reliable and updated information. In the event that an
error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at
any time and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct
the error on our website. In the event that you are shipped an
incorrect product, we will accept the unit back and offer a full
refund.

will come unassembled and it is your responsibility to get it
professionally assembled and tuned. We assume no liability for any
injury resulting in use of any of our products. Shipping rates are
subject to changes without notice and we reserve the right of refusing
to ship a product if we deem shipping was underestimated, however we
will advise and get your consent before shipping if the cost is higher
than what you agreed to. Please note that for any items with prices listed that are at price of $0 or any incorrect price determined by us Cyclepath has the right to refuse to ship this product or satisfy/process the order. Please note that only one coupon code can be used per order so in other words coupon codes cannot be combined for use on any given order. Coupon codes in some cases even if it applies the discount may be excluded for certain products. Cyclepath.ca reserves the right to not apply coupon code discounts for certain orders at its own discretion. One of the reasons for this may include that the item is already at a significant discount. Normally coupon codes should be off of regularly priced items but we will allow in most circumstances for the coupon code discount to apply on sale items but again we may reverse the discount applied or disallow it on certain items at our discretion. For our points/rewards program cyclepath.ca reserves the right to add or subtract points, or terminate this program at any time. Points can remain in pending for a period of time.
