fractures in my pelvis and was told that cycling would be the very best
and it is so great to feel the "muscle memory" of a cycle (albeit
stationary)...my husband jokes as he says that I think a bike is a cure
everything...it's never too hot or cool...now I can continue to cycle
throughout the winter (in the garage) and keep in top form...hope to
do another "century"...right now I can only do 5 minutes and am more
fatigued (muscle atrophy) than I was after 6 hours of riding my

techniques to make my biking more efficient. I caught on slowly, He

took my Gary Fisher bike in the other day for a check up and bought
some bike grips. Whoever worked on my bike did an awesome
job. My front gears, which I had a problem with for a while now
work perfectly and everything else works smoothly.

store. Last evening, I was biking with some friends in Burlington, and
