Just want to thank you folks for my wind trainer...took my husband a little bit to set up but now it is purring along...I have two fractures in my pelvis and was told that cycling would be the very best physio and it is so great to feel the "muscle memory" of a cycle (albeit stationary) husband jokes as he says that I think a bike is a cure for's never too hot or I can continue to cycle throughout the winter (in the garage) and keep in top form...hope to eventually do another "century"...right now I can only do 5 minutes and am more fatigued (muscle atrophy) than I was after 6 hours of riding my century!...Thanks again and I am looking forward to checking out other products you have...

I came into your store today a little apprehensive about my very first Tri bike fit. I was greeted with a smile and very quickly was made very comfortable by Trevor. He then proceeded to show me the ropes and techniques to make my biking more efficient. I caught on slowly, He however was VERY patient and explained everything thoroughly and professionally. I ended up feeling extremely confident in my bike stroke,and was extremely satisfied with all his time and effort. I know that this is his "job" I just want to express how amazing he is at what he does. I went in to the store today wondering if I was ever going to get this aero position down, he showed me how, and answered any questions I asked, and Trevor was constantly asking If I was happy how could we make it better. I left extremely happy and very confident in my future races. Thank you Trevor. I was also very impressed with the bike tech guys in the back, they took time out of what they were working on to help and assist any lingering questions Trevor had. I've never written a compliment letter before and I hope this gets passed around to all the staff at CyclePath Oakville as You all made me feel very comfortable and I was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise I experienced today. Im an old school cyclist(Columbus SLX/Campy C Record). I used to deal with Joe at the old Hwy 5 and 10 location when it was Mississauga High Park Cycles before becoming Cyclepath. I was heavily into the road riding scene in the 80s, then got into MTBs in the 90s and long distance running since 2001. Now Im back into the road scene and plan on doing some triathlons. Having been out of touch from the road bike scene for close to 20yrs my classic steel bike needed some updating. I spoke to a couple bike shops in but none were really helpful. Lucky for me I spotted a picture of Joe on their website. I walked into the store and after 20 years he still recognised me and was still helpful as ever. Hes also very knowledgeable and has always given me sound advice. Its good to have found my LBS again. I plan on keeping my classic steel frame but Ill be modernizing my wheels and components. As far as Im concerned no other bike shop offers the same service and knowledge.

for about 6 years and I'm on my 4th bike now.  I've shopped at several different bicycle stores over these years and I've discovered Joe & the staff at Cyclepath Oakville to be head  and shoulders above the rest.  I've shopped here many times now and they always take good care of me.  They make me feel at home and it's always been a great experience.  I have decided that here on in, Cyclepath Oakville is the only bike store I will shop at!!

I took my Gary Fisher bike in the other day for a check up and bought some bike grips.  Whoever worked on my bike did an awesome job.  My front gears, which I had a problem with for a while now work perfectly and everything else works smoothly.

I had done a lot of research over the past two weeks as to brand and retailer and pretty well made up my mind to go to another bike shop in Toronto.  On a friend's recommendation I phoned Cyclepath Oakville and spoke to Joe and he gave me lots of info just over the phone.  Went down on Saturday and a wonderful young man, Jeff, helped me.  He was awesome and spent a great deal of time with me.  Probably the best customer service I ever had.  Came away with Bontrager mountain bike shoes and the cleats (a manufacturer I hadn't even considered), highly recommended by Jeff.  I expect to win the race at my spinning class on Monday!  Your help is very much appreciated.  Thanks, Heather.



Oakville Cyclepath is Excellent. I buy "online" even though I live in TO. Best customer service for cycle stuff. Wish I could ride my bike there.

Grace F. (an Oakville Cycling Club member) called me today to let me know she had an excellent experience when she bought her Giant road bike from Cyclepath.
She started with John and then Travis took over to help her with the final selection.

I did not ask her when she bought her bike, but it was sometime between Christmas 2010 and now.

Just had to drop a line to tell you that you have a great asset with Phil, who works as a tech in your Oakville store. Last evening, I was biking with some friends in Burlington, and happened to get a flat in my front tire. Being new to riding, we were huddled around the tire, slowly going thru the steps to repair the flat, all four of us. Phil happened to be riding by on his motorcycle and noticed our predicament. After parking his motorcycle, Phil joined us to help, offer some tips and remedy the situation. Phil is a great asset and ambassador for your business.

My wife and I just came to your store yesterday and purchased a bike. Just want to say that the customer service at your store is excellent !!!

Joe helped us out on Wednesday and was extremely helpful when we asked questions. The next day we decided to by the bike and the next individual at your store was so helpful as well. He helped get the bike serviced and put on the back bike rack for us as well. My wife was so excited with the new bike she road the bike home !!

It sure is hard to find good customer service and people today, so nice to visit a store that does both.

Hi Joe,

 Just wanted to thank you so much for your help this past weekend (June 2,
 2007)  I brought my son in to check out BMX racing bikes.  Sizing was an
 issue and we we're not sure whether to order in or go with the Haro Expert you
 had on site.  You generously offered to let us take the Haro Expert to our
 track (Track 2000 BMX) and have some of the more experience riders check
 out the fit for my son.  If it wasn't the right fit, we could bring it back for a full
 refund.  Well we took it to the track and had some experienced racers size
 him up and it's a perfect fit.  Switched up his pedals and he's loving the new
 wheels. I live in Cambridge, and while it is a bit of a hike to get to your shop,
 with customer service like that, it is certainly worth the drive.  I'll be sure
 to pass on your business information to other riders at Track 2000 in search
 of top quality customer service and excellent products.

I want to thank everyone for such outstanding and prompt service on my recent order of the Polar CS600 and accessories.  Was I ever surprised when the Canada Post truck rolled up to my house yesterday afteroon.  Wow.
The unit works great and I had no problems with the bike and computer software installation.  Figuring out all the features will take a little longer!

I just wanted to let you know that the trail-a-bike arrived on Thursday morning, even earlier than I had hoped. Once it arrived and my daughter saw it, there was nothing else I could do except put it together for her. She was so thrilled!!  Since she was in such a rush, I didn't even have time to take the existing baby seat off my bike, so instead I hooked it up to my wife's bike. It worked great!!

We are very happy with this product and the level of service we got from you. I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know, and also look to you first for any other purchases that I need to make!

We went for a ride last Saturday at Kelso/Glen Edan and had a great time.  I had no trouble at all.  I think practice will help with getting into the shoe clips quicker.  (Two of the other guys wiped out but I was OK).
